We offer two flexible service models: one focused on ongoing proactive management, and one designed for targeted, on-demand expertise, both delivered by the same Loop1 engineers and guided by the same best-practice approach.
Proactive services are delivered as an ongoing partnership. Loop1 provides daily operational care, continuous optimization, and strategic guidance, not just reactive support. This model is designed for organizations where monitoring and observability are business-critical, not “set and forget.”
On-demand services are delivered as a flexible engagement. Loop1 provides targeted, expert support for defined initiatives or challenges, without the need for an ongoing partnership.
A pre-paid block of hours (minimum of 40) is purchased and used as needed over a 12-month period. Work is scheduled in collaboration with the Loop1 engineering team, providing flexible access to senior expertise when it matters most.
